Flow Setter
Set up standard e-commerce flows in this account's Klaviyo with one click — trigger and profile filters preconfigured. Flows are created as drafts with the full structure (waits + placeholder emails); you design the email content in Klaviyo and turn them live.
Lazy Mode
Check the flows you want and how many emails each. Lazy Mode plans the delays, writes every email, designs every email, fixes the links, and sets everything up in Klaviyo as drafts — one flow after another. No input needed after you press start.

Audience Builder
Pull profiles who opened or clicked an email during a specific time window. Opens count real opens only (Apple MPP and other machine opens are excluded); clicks come from your campaign click history. Pushes them into a new Klaviyo list, ready to use in your next campaign.
1. What did they do?
Opens use verified human opens only. Clicks are the stronger signal, and every click is a person.
2. When did they engage?
Time-of-day in your account's local timezone. Pick one window.
3. Time window
We look at engagement over the last 7 days, across every day of the week.
Customize list name (optional)
4. Where should it go?
Updating keeps the same list id, so campaigns and flows already pointing at it stay wired up.
How it works: Creates a list in your Klaviyo (static snapshot, not a live segment). The list is created instantly, then we add matching profiles in the background — typically 1-3 minutes for big accounts. Refresh Klaviyo to watch the count grow. For opens we count real human opens only: Apple Mail Privacy Protection and other machine opens are excluded, since those fire at a time the mailbox picks rather than when the person actually opened. For clicks we use your campaign click history; every click is a person, so nothing needs excluding.
Hidden Best Customers
Subscribers who don't open often but always buy when they do. Use this segment as an exclusion when running sunset / list-cleaning campaigns so you don't accidentally suppress your quietly-loyal buyers.
1. Customer tier
Pick a preset, or use Custom to dial in your own thresholds.
Customize segment name (optional)
How to use this: Add this segment as an exclusion in your sunset/list-cleaning campaigns. Don't send to it — these people don't open, so emailing them hurts deliverability. The point is to protect them from suppression.

Retention Report AI
A plain-language reading of this account's retention, written from the real figures behind the Cohort, Repeat, Churn, Replenishment, and RFM dashboards. Grounded in your own numbers, no invented benchmarks.
Replenishment
For repeat buyers, each customer’s next order is predicted from their own average gap between orders. See who is due now, due soon, or overdue, and the lifetime value sitting in each window. Best for consumables and anything bought on a cycle.
RFM Movement
How your RFM segment sizes change over time. Each line is a segment; watch Champions and Loyal climb while At Risk and Lost shrink to know retention is working. A snapshot is taken every night, so this view fills in over the coming days.
Cohort Retention
Group customers by the month of their first order, then track the share who keep buying in each month that follows. Reading down a column shows whether newer cohorts retain better than older ones.
Repeat & Churn Rates
The headline retention numbers for this account, computed from full order history: repeat rate, one-time-buyer share, orders per customer, time to second order, and the value gap between one-time and repeat buyers.
Churn Risk Radar
Every repeat customer measured against their own buying rhythm. Someone who normally orders every 40 days and is now 100 days out is drifting. See who is due, at risk, and lapsed, with the revenue at stake.
Customer RFM
Every customer scored 1–5 on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value from this account's order history, then grouped into segments you can act on. Computed nightly.

Subscriber LTV Curve
Cumulative revenue per subscriber by months since first order. Find where cohorts go cold and time re-engagement.
Cumulative LTV per subscriber
Triangle-corrected · only cohorts aged to each month count toward that point
How to read this
Each point is the average cumulative revenue a subscriber has generated by that many months after their first order.
Triangle-corrected means a given month only averages cohorts old enough to have actually reached it — so a cohort that's only 3 months old never drags down the month-12 number.
The solid line is reliable; the faded dashed tail isn't. Out there only your few oldest cohorts have aged that far, so a steep late jump is usually a small-sample artifact, not real LTV acceleration. Trust the curve through the last confident month.
Cold inflection marks where each extra month stops adding much revenue per subscriber — cohorts are cooling off, making it a natural point to trigger win-back / re-engagement.
New vs returning revenue
Share of revenue from first-time buyers (their lifetime-first order) vs returning customers, account-wide. A per-campaign version is coming later.

Upload SMS data
For stores whose SMS runs on Postscript, export your Message Analytics for the month, pick that month below, and upload the file as-is. It fills the SMS Performance section on that month's report. Monthly reports only, and only when no SMS is already syncing for that month.
How it's read
From Postscript, export either Summary by Message Type or Message Analytics for the month, pick that month below, and upload as-is. Campaigns and Automations/Flows are summed into the two report columns; sends = messages sent, clicks = unique clicks, plus orders and revenue. Opt-in and popup rows are counted as automations, matching how Postscript totals them. Re-uploading a month replaces it. SMS has no open rate, so it shows n/a.
